I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist. I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, where I developed a deep understanding of the power of food and its ability to heal the body.
Growing up in Brazil with a Lebanese and Italian heritage, I developed a natural appreciation for the role of food and nutrition in promoting health and wellbeing. It wasn't until later in life that I began to realize the importance of using whole, organic ingredients, as much as possible, in my cooking.
In today's society, many people view diet as a means of weight loss. Diet is a crucial aspect of overall health and should be approached with balance, sensibility, and enjoyment.
Fad diets, in my opinion, are often unsustainable and unfulfilling. I'm particularly drawn to the Mediterranean diet, which emphasizes whole, minimally processed foods that are locally produced and sustainably sourced. But my philosophy goes beyond just the food on our plates - I believe that the act of cooking and sharing meals with loved ones is a fundamental aspect of our health and wellbeing.
That's why I've opened up my kitchen to share my tips and tricks for a healthier, more flavourful life. I'm here to help you embrace a lifestyle that prioritizes health, energy, conviviality, and joyWelcome to my kitchen!
