I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and studied in London at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).
Food and nutrition have always played a very important role in my family’s dietary habits. I have always had a passion for food and I am a great believer that the right foods have the power to heal as much as the wrong foods have the power to make you ill. As a Naturopathic Nutritionist I like to stress the use of whole and organic foods.
Today, many people associate diet with weight loss. I think most of these “diets” can be fads, unreal, often hard to follow and boring. We should look at diet as a very important aspect of our overall health and wellbeing. For me, food should be real - not genetically modified -, eaten sensibly, balanced and enjoyable. That's why the ingredients I use are sustainable, mostly locally produced and organic . I am a keen advocate of the Mediterranean diet.
Because I believe my place is in the kitchen, and I love it here, I have now opened my kitchen to you so I can share some tips and tricks for a healthier and more flavoursome life. I would like to help you move into a lifestyle that welcomes health, energy, conviviality and joy.
Welcome to my kitchen!
Margot
