Classes: New dates to be announced!
   
The classes are relaxed and informal, with a maximum number of six, which allows plenty of opportunity to ask questions. For those who are keen to get involved you can join me in prepping the dishes. At the end of the course we all sit together and enjoy the delicious food we have created. Margot's Kitchen is based in London, NW2.

Flavours of Brazil: In this class, you are going to learn how to make “Moqueca, Pirão and some other dishes”. A healthy and light meal, exploding with tropical flavours. It’s easy and quick to make. Rooted in the tradition of indigenous tribes from the Brazilian coast, this dish is great as an everyday meal and certain to make a big impression at dinner parties. It’s the dish my mother greets me with every time I visit her in Brazil. The fish used in this recipe
is line caught from a sustainable source. Cost: £75

Vegetarian option:  Instead of using fish, this Moqueca is made with delicious and nutrient dense vegetables, beans and roots, sourced from the local farmers market. Cost: £65

Gluten Free: The many ways of using cassava/tapioca flour.
A delicious and versatile vegetable root originated from
Brazil. Cost: £65

Seasonal: Make the most of seasonal produce creating simple
and nutritional dishes.Cost: £65

Tailor made classes: If you have any special diet requirements
 - i.e. for high cholesterol or diabetes etc -, then I run classes
specifically for you with delicious recipes to help improve your
condition. Cost: £100 - £150
